You only get the pen with this product. Which is fine, but the reason I gave 4 stars is because the cartridge that goes in it comes out really easy and I lost one. If there could be like a magnet in it or something to hold it in place I would give it 5 stars.

Cartridge does 't stay in the battery very secure, kept slipping out and dropped it a few times. Would not recommend.
