i love this stuff. it's stimulating and great for tackling a productive workday or going out for activities that require energy and focus. Once the high wears off, i sleep sound and deeply. The only thing is you wake up blissfully dazy and it can be hard for me to jump up alert again. I also feel like I get a hangover 1/2 a day or a day after using these. but I usually do 300 mg a day. A lower amount probably would be ok
