I have had sleep issues my entire life and after breaking a 15 year Benzo addiction to deal with insomnia, at my doctor's suggestion, I tried edibles. I alternate between the Breez tablets/spray and another product (Sensi Insomnia Chews with Melatonin, which are more expensive. You get more bang for your buck with Breez). I mix both Breez and Sensi Chews with Kikoko's Sleep mints (just the right dose of CBN) and I have managed to stay off Benzos for 5 years and sleep an average of 8-9 hours a night.
