THE Store Really Needs to Sell the Ceramic atomizer 's. Terp Pen is a great product,  and like I say MUV absolutely needs to sell parts.

I highly recommend this, works perfect for any type of wax. Even the smallest hit feels like a big one.

When I originally went to pick up the product, it did come broken but the staff were quick to help and fix the problem and I haven’t experienced anything other issues with it yet. Very convenient and easy to use.

I am a seasoned concentrate user and this device just makes dabbing easy! I've tried a few different similar devices. I even got the XL Terp Pen made by same company but my lungs couldn't handle it😂 But if you are new to dabbing or wanna dab on the go I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 

Have owned multiple. Never had any problems with them. Have even stopped it in water and still works fine

So easy to use. Bought in January and still working great. Had to purchase more coils but they were not expensive and they were easy to change. I love this pen

At first i didnt have it totally screwed together tightened enough and resin got all inside it. I reclaimed the resin to use and cleaned the dreggs off with a dots wipe (those are amazing!) And put the pen back together and it worked great!

Do not buy!!! Breaks after two weeks it broke

I thought this was a pin that you load in a chamber, but you actually have to use a dab tool in press the tip on the the concentrate and it just does not work well at all. I'm glad I got it at a discount because I surely can't use it

I really liked this abut it broke after about 15 draws. If I had the receipt I could return it . I also used to be able to see my past purchases here which is why I tossed my receipts but I can't anymore. But when it works it's so handy.

I'd recommend it as a beginner friendly option with a few caveats.

- Discrete form factor and good build quality
- Magnetic cap is a very convenient
- Ease of use and simplicity. One heat, draw activated, single blue indicator light. That's it.

The major con is also it's simplicity. If you were like me, you haven't dabbed much. This device takes technique to get it working at it's peak.
Some things that work for me:
1. Remember to draw gently and slowly so the concentrate can fully vaporize on the coil, and prevent drawing splatter and partially vaporized concentrate up into the air way. This prevents excessive build up, and helps get the most out of your concentrates.
2. Apply only very small amount of concentrate to the coils. The dab tool provided is a good indication of how much the coils can realistically handle while still maintaining enough heat to fully vaporize the product.
3. Regular care and cleaning for every 1-2 grams that go through the pen (along with the above tips) help keep the pen clog-free, as well as getting the most flavor you can from your dab.
4. Shy away from shatter. Batter/butter/badder are better (for this device).

Honorable mention: Use a dab tool! And pre-load sparingly.

Not a fan of this. I really wanted to like it but it just clogged and clogged. I gave up on it. 

Expectations meet the price of the product.  I did get good hits from the pen , but I prefer to add concentrates to flower. 

I am pleasantly surprised by how much I like this pen.  I got it in a pinch when my puffco chamber needed to be replaced and I was waiting for a new one to arrive in the mail.  
I have to say , this is a wonderful “beginner” pen and is PERFECT for anyone who is new to concentrates. In fact I would recommend this pen for anyone who is looking to give concentrates a try. 
Also, if you are wondering how this works:
It comes with a usb charging cable, cleaning brush and small “dab” tool. 
What I like for someone new to concentrates is this pen’s simplicity. It’s an auto draw pen, so no messing with buttons and temperatures, you just inhale to activate. 
 You simply remove the magnetic cap on the  bottom end where the coil (heated part) is located
Then inhale from the opposite end to “activate” the heat which will heat up the coil enough that you can “dab” the heated end into your concentrate,  (word to the wise DO NOT DROWN the coil into your concentrate, just VERY lightly “dab” until you see a tiny bit melt. OR 
Use the tool that come with it and place a TINY bit of concentrate on the coil once you have preheated it by just inhaling. You will see the concentrate sort of melt. 

Now, please replace the magnetic cap that goes over the heated (coil) end and inhale slowly.

probably one of the easiest ways to use concentrates, and it comes with everything you need. it's got a super cool design to let you maximize the flavor of the wax. it's really easy to clog though, so only tiny hits from what I can tell are what you can take.

I use this as a backup to my seahorse pro 

 Not the best option long term, but for on the go and beginners it’s a nice little pen. Watch out with some of the concentrates though. The darker GDF concentrates like the darker badders will gunk it really bad really quick. Not the pens fault. Works good with crumble, diamonds, shadder, and other “harder” waxes. I say price wise it’s the best option for what it does. 

So easy & convenient. Much more discreet tham some of the other pens. Appreciate the cleaning pieces that come with it. Love this hamdy little pen.

Excellent first timer tool. Easy to use, just follow the simple directions on the box. Make sure the element is screwed in all the way before you start. 
And hold on to your drawers, it hits a ton.
Very happy with the purchase.

It barely gives you a hit like I thought it would I guess I couldn't expect much more from little coils

Just bought this pen so far it works awesome i just load up the cap wn use it like that i wish the coild were w tiny bit bigger wb the coil pwcks were cheaper maybe like 4for10 not 2 but otherwise works extremely well if u dont hit ur burner off everything #LetsGoBrandon 

Don’t listen to the negative reviews just buy this product,  it’s really nice quality like heavy & so easy to use. I haven’t had it clog yet.  There’s no preheat setting all you do is suck and it heats it up and boom you’re good to go

Very good vape for concentrates, especially syringes.  “A little dap will do ya.”

This terp pen works perfectly to take my concentrates directly instead of always mixing with flower. Its comfortable feeling and easy to use. One thing, it seems to need charging daily when using it solely, I wish there was a way to extend battery life. Otherwise, this terp pen is my go-to! 

I got it with the buy 2 concentrates get a free terp pen. Glad I did. It works for on the go. A dab will do ya! I just ordered a couple more coils! 

F- Grade. Don't waste your money unless you get one for free. Got one with a product purchase & I'm glad I did not buy it. Coils clog easily & seem to only be available from Terppen. A YoCan Evolve is much better and coils are easy to find. 

Do not, I repeat, do not buy this. You will waste more product than you actually benefit from. The puffco is a must or you’re wasting concentrates!!!!

This is one of the worst pens I have tried. Better off getting a G pen at a local glass shop or spend the extra $10 for a better device. Clogged coils. Bad battery life. And it leaks a ton. Go get a yocan evolve plus in my opinion.

Works fine, but the taste is not good. Not a huge fan of the design either (basically an electric nectar collector). The pen is cheaply made, and tbh I don’t trust the safety of such a cheap vaping device. Went and bought a puffco the next day, and haven’t looked back. 

This device is perfect! And for $30 it makes the purchase even sweeter. Totally loving my new terp pen!! 

Nice and smooth no buttons inhale and it starts comes with small dab tool and small cleaning brush overall good product 

Had to play around with it for like 4 mins and read the quick directions on how to use it, but after figuring it out. I must say this terp pen works like a charm! Ill update to see how long a coil last as well.

Well the pain free is incorrect but it took about 75% of the pain for me and depending what strain I use
I would recommend this for anyone, it is a great product ……. I want to thank the men and ladies that work at  the Vineland store and deal with all my wacky questions and always have patience and information for me to learn….. 

Product is very easy to use and store. Charges fast and battery has longevity. Replacement coils I’ve been told can be found at local shops.  No complaints at this moment.  

Best pen you can get for $30. Easy to use. Easy to clean.

Love the term pen I use it daily, it’s different when u don’t have the product in it at all times but I’m use to it and works great for me! I love it

It’s nice that there’s a portable dab pen out there, but after about a week it loses charge so fast that it’s almost unusable. 

Not a fan simply because it scorched the crap out of my wax. It does it’s job but I used it for a week and spent good money on the puffco plus. 

Perfect concentrate deliverer for beginners!

It's not bad for the price. You need to clean it very frequently. Replacement coils are $10 a pop online which isn't too bad. 

This pen is GREAT for dabs without a torch.  Smooth hitting and all the flavors come through.  Highly recommend. Perfect starter pen for concentrates. 

The Terp pen works great only down fall is the coils don’t hold a lot and burn out fast other then that it’s great

Works good, but you have to charge it regularly and keep it clean. It does come with a kit which is cool. A great buy. I will get another soon.

The information about how to use this thing is sparse. I have scoured the internet searching for how to operate it because the instructions are so unprofessionally designed.

On the manufacturer's website, they say you're supposed to do a dry burn to get the gunk off of the coil. And that "instructions are included". No, they aren't, and there isn't anything I can find to tell me how to do it.

I have this gross coil that I have used maybe 10 times? A deep clean with alcohol does not do enough, the coil is still coated in brown crud. I can't believe MUV endorses this product.

Great first time terp pen! Very easy to use but a bit difficult to clean. 

super easy to use if you have any common sense. It does need to be cleaned regularly  as it does clog easily. I liked it so much that I bought a 2nd one for backup while the other is charging

Term pen works great. Love it to get all the concentrate from container as a nectar collecter. Good battery life. 

This is a great product, but it has some caveats. This, with concentrate or RSO, is now my primary way of delivery and I prefer it, so here's the ways around common issues I was having:

Make sure you keep it clean. This will get clogged if you don't maintain it. The ways it got clogged when I first used it were in three ways - clogged at where the replaceable coil screws in, the intake hole for the mouthpiece, and if too much concentrate accumulated along the inside of the outer sheath.

If you use this daily, concentrate that doesn't evaporate will begin to accumulate inside the device. This gets worse if you don't burn the excess off the coil  (described in the manual) after you take your dab. Usually you can just take the outer sheath off and gently use a small dab tool along the side of the device to grab some concentrate that slipped in there. I liken it to scraping resin out of a bowl. Except you can get a much better high off of it than resin.

You should take the sheath off every once in a while, and with a non-fiber, alcohol dampened pad clean the device. I've cleaned this whole device in and out with rubbing alcohol. Make sure it evaporates though. You don't want to inhale that.

You can also unscrew the top mouthpiece to clean it out. I use a pipe cleaner to push any concentrate back out the intake hole for the mouthpiece.

MOST OF THE TIME YOU WON'T HAVE TO DO ALL THIS, but if you want to use the less expensive RSO with this device - you need to know these things. If you let the RSO accumulate on the coils and along the inside of the device you'll find yourself going through tankers and coils at double the rate. I have used fine sand paper gently on the coils to expose them again after being crusted up by burnt RSO to get some more life out of them.

After having my card for a few years now, this device with RSO has been the most bang for my buck I could find. There are probably some cheaper means using vape cartridges and concentrate but I prefer not to vape.

One thing I do think is faulty with this device, is the top and lower parts of the device are held together via two metal cylinders crimped together. If you accidently sit on this, or press down too hard when scraping off concentrate - it will break and the wire that is soldered there easily snaps off.

Best vape pen for any concentrates. 10/10.

It just didn't work like I expected, like it should, as advertised.  You aren't able to get as much smoke as you may want. Its got a low performance ceiling.  It can only give you so much at a time., never anymore. Lol

Love this pen. Pays for itself after none trip buying butane and new torch. Puff then hit your dad. That easy. Pull on the pen heats ceramic coil holding them and hit you concentrate. Definitely best way to smoke concentrates.

Game changer at a reasonable price, no more fire, gas or dab rigs. Takes a little getting used to but will easily produce huge hits. So far I have tried both wax and blue and both worked well, A.

The pen is okay. Needs lots of charging. I prefer regular dabs with a rig, but this is great for convenience!

Very easy to use and clean, affordable to maintain and if necessary, replace. I'd waffled about switching to concentrates before, but I find most methods of consumption are a pain to use or to clean it they're not $$$. 

I have had it under a week so I cannot comment on longevity of components, only that the coil has stood up to a weekend of moderate to heavy use and slight neglect without problems. The battery lasts several days under light use and about a day for my heavier use.
