I suffer with severe arthritis in both knees and one hip. My knees lock up. It’s so painful to toss and turn or change positions during the night. This is my go to for restful sleep without pain. I easily drift off to sleep and sleep all night without pain or waking. There are several strengths to choose from. I have a somewhat high tolerance to meds so 25 mg works well for me but you might want to try 12 mg to see what dosage is right for you.
