I suffer with severe arthritis in both knees and one hip. My knees lock up. It’s so painful to toss and turn or change positions during the night. This is my go to for restful sleep without pain. I have severe insomnia and take 3 different prescription meds and melatonin with ready disappointing results. First I found protabs, which helped for a few days, but that was it, just like CBD s. These, however, have consistently divered a decent night's sleep for a few weeks now. It took about a week to get the dosage right (at first I was too out of it in the morning), but now I've realized I don't need to take more in the middle of the night, I'm good.
