To get started, go to caliva.getheally.com and fill out the questionnaire with your personal and medical records (pro-tip: questions without an asterisk* next to it are completely optional). Once you pay your appointment fee, you are directed to a live chat with a doctor to go over your medical history and answer any questions you may have. After the brief call, you will receive a link to download your recommendation. You can bring that recommendation to Caliva and purchase cannabis as a medical customer.
